We add value to our clients by having a dedicated Project Management Office that is responsible for project governance, status updates and ensuring quality delivery.
The derived benefits of having a centralised team that coordinates and handles projects is the standardisation of procedures by which we carry out our projects. We are able to apply reliable methods to produce consistent results by managing resources and resolving any resource-related matters. Maintaining, updating and reporting project information to our stakeholders enable us to oversee the progress and improve on efficiencies of various projects. A quick-win!
Our approach is based on frameworks and standards which are generally accepted and widely recognized against which we can (1) measure an organisation's design and effectiveness of controls and (2) organize, track, and execute work.
